Sevices details

The interventions of the “Communication Efficiency” field follow these assumptions:

• They aim to automate processes through the use of computer tools available on the client, typically Microsoft Office tools such as MS Word, MS Excel or MS Outlook, but may be others;
• They are performormed, as far as possible, at the customer’s premises, but may executed in another location in agreement with the customer;
• In case of purchase of a pack of hours, there will always be made a previous estimate of the time spent by each activity proposed by the client;
• The hours not spent in a pack of hours are not refunded, but can be spent on another activity of your choice; in the service “6-hours monthly pack” the hours not spent do not accumulate for another month;
• The “tailor-made” activities may correspond to interventions with hourly loads below or above any of the above packs.
